Fuzzi Bunz World will gladly refund your money minus a 10% restocking fee for products that are returned in the original, undamaged package and in as-new condition within 30 days of purchase. Exchanges may be made without incurring a restocking fee as long as the value of the exchange is equal to or greater than the original purchase price and products are in their original undamaged condition. Washed or used items are non-returnable. Used or clearance items are non-returnable. You are responsible for return or exchange shipping charges. Please Contact Us for return authorization.

Defective Products:

Returns for defective Fuzzi Bunz products are handled directly with Mother of Eden (the manufacturer of Fuzzi Bunz Diapers). If you have a defective Fuzzi Bunz product please go to this web address http://www.fuzzibunz.com/search_db/return.php to fill out a return authorization form. Please note that neither Fuzzi Bunz World, nor the manufacturer are responsible for problems that arise due to improper care, normal fading, or normal wear of the materials used to construct the product.
